Pre-Sale FAQ

Everything you need to know about ordering from our first Skiff Golf Co. pre-sale — because we want you to feel as confident hitting “Add to Cart” as your kid feels walking up to the first tee.

What is the pre-sale?

Our matching parent-and-child golf bags are part of a first production run — a founders’ collection we’re building in limited quantities. Ordering now during the pre-sale reserves your set (or single bag) directly from that first run and locks in launch pricing before it goes to full retail price.

How many bags are in this first run?

Our very first production run is limited to just 100 bags per style — 50 adult and 50 junior. Once a style sells out, it's gone until our next run.

When will my order ship?

We’re expecting to ship all pre-sale orders approximately September–October 2026, pending final confirmation from our manufacturer. We’ll email you with production updates along the way, and again as soon as your order ships.

Will I be charged now, or when my order ships?

You’re charged in full at checkout to reserve your spot in this first production run. Your card is not charged again later.

What if the ship date shifts?

We’re working closely with our manufacturer to hit our September–October 2026 window. If anything changes, we’ll email everyone who’s ordered right away — you’ll never be left wondering where your bag is.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. Since your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us any time before it ships at hello@skiffgolfco.com and we’ll help you cancel, adjust, or swap your order.

What ages do the junior bags fit?

Our junior bags are designed for kids roughly 6–12 years old and stand about 30″ tall — lightweight enough for little golfers to carry on their own.

What are the bags made of?

Every Skiff bag — adult and junior — is made from durable canvas with leather trim, a 4-way top for club dividers, and shoulder straps built for real rounds, not just photos.

Do the matching sets save money?

Yes! Buying the adult and junior bags together as a set saves you $30 compared to buying each separately — plus you get the built-to-match look that’s the whole reason we started Skiff.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your address. See our Shipping & Pre-Sale Timeline page for details.

What's your return policy?
